This Section will be looking into the national legal regulations available in relation to labour and employment regulations to support both employers and the working carers in their reconciliation between work and care for a dependent relative.

 

Legal Aspects for Working Carers & Employers

Provides Employers with core information, on rights of working carers in terms of reconciliation between work and care for a dependent relative. Information includes a description of regulations, which refer to workers’ possibilities to make their work and job position more flexible via contractual clauses, or  leave for special reasons or flexi-time.

 

Good Practices and Other Resources

Provides Employers with brief descriptions of good practices. and other links to useful external resources (national and international ones), like federations and associations.
