Main Objectives
ESCAPE is a research and innovation project funded through Horizon2020 with an interdisciplinary team who are developing a holistic, patient-centred intervention. Using digital health technologies, ESCAPE will create integrated and personalised treatment plans for elderly patients with multiple health conditions to ultimately improve their physical and mental health.
