Integrated Care and Support Working Group – Call for experts

The Integrated Care and Support working group will meet on 26-27 September 2019 where participants will share their practices from across Europe for improving outcomes for young people leaving state care through more coordinated strategies.

The role of the external expert will be to carry out analysis of practice examples submitted by the working group members and to present this information during the working group meeting, in addition to presenting wider research related to integrated strategies supporting care leavers.
