How can you show that you care about carers?

By supporting the European Parliament Informal Carers Interest Group, working to ensure the development of a comprehensive EU strategy on carers.

Join us on 24 March (more details to be provided soon) to hear from carers themselves and discuss what the EU level can do. The secretariat to the Interest Group on Carers is provided by Eurocarers, the European organisation working with and for carers.

If carers are expected to keep providing care – and they are – their needs and requirements should be an inherent part of policy development. Proper recognition and support (in policy and practice) will enable carers to care.
