The European voice for informal carers

Final ENhANCE Conference – Curriculum for Family and Community Nurse – 6th and 20th May

Take part and register to the final ENhANCE Conference, the EU-funded Erasmus+ project that has designed and delivered a European Curriculum for Family and Community Nurse (FCN) – a key actor in the new Primary care model.

The ENhANCE project www.enhance-fcn.eu aimed to design and deliver a European Curriculum for Family and Community Nurse (FCN). Community-and home-based care delivered by FCN can be considered an efficient investment in primary care and in improving public health and patient outcomes. FCN delivers safe, quality, and person-centred care directly in the community, taking into account the needs and preferences of patients and their families.

The European FCN Curriculum was piloted in 3 different educational settings at the University of Thessaly (UTH); at the University of Genoa (UNIGE) and at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF).

For more information, to view the latest programme, and to register to one or both webinars, taking place on AM Thursday 6th and 20th May, follow this link: ENhANCE Final Conference registration and programme.
