The Eurocarers Secretariat is pleased to invite your organisation to participate in a special European Communication Officers’ Gathering, which will take place during the third week of January 2024. The event is designed to bring together communication officers from across our network of member organisations to share best practices, tips and strategies for advocating and raising awareness for informal carers.
This gathering will serve as a platform for communication professionals to:
- Share successful strategies for public communication, advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
- Learn from experts on digital communication and social media
- Collaborate on developing stronger messages and campaigns to support informal carers across Europe.
- Network and exchange ideas with peers from other member organisations.
We plan to host this first gathering in Brussels, though the final location may vary based on the confirmed participants. We are committed to ensuring the event is easily accessible and will confirm the city based on feedback from attendees.
To make this opportunity accessible to all, we are pleased to offer financial support covering flight and accommodation for one participant per organisation.
