Drives Eurocarers’ strategic direction, organisational growth, funding acquisition, and effective advocacy engagement with EU institutions.

Oversees and coordinates complex EU-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance and strategic alignment with policy goals.

Develops and executes policy positions, builds strategic relations with EU institution representatives, other stakeholders and allies, inform Members on relevant EU developments and coordinates Eurocarers’ advocacy efforts at EU level and with its members at national level.

Manages all external communications, including digital content, media relations and the organisation of high-profile European events.

Giulia coordinates the day-to-day activities linked to different EU-funded projects, specifically focusing on the role of informal carers in long-term care and integrated person-centred approaches.
