The European voice for informal carers

Research project on the quality of health and well-being digital apps: please share your views !

The #Label2Enable partnership recently announced the launch of a survey for European patients, informal caregivers and citizens.

If you are a health app user or work with health apps and would like to help study use, preferences and attitudes in the EU, fill in and share this survey with your network!

With the help of your feedback, the #Label2Enable partnership can better assess the needs and preferences of health app users in choosing health apps. Interestingly, this study also aims to gather information on informal carers’ specific preferences with regard to these apps.

#Label2Enable is a project funded by the EU Horizon programme, that aims to provide a platform that quality checks health and wellness apps. It is coordinated by the National eHealth Living Lab (Leiden University Medical Center, the Netherlands). Its objective is to promote the adoption of the standard CEN-ISO/TS 82304-2 and its quality label for health and wellness apps. Its aim is a digital single market in which quality health apps are used at scale in prevention, health care and self-care. The project consists of three pillars: Trust, Use, and Adoption. Eurocarers is a member of the #Label2Enable Advisory Board.

The survey is accessible in 26 languages via this link: https://label2enable.eu/survey
