Supporting informal carers around later stage dementia care: online event on 23rd March
The Alzheimer Society of Ireland along with our European partners from Norway and Belgium will be sharing about the Erasmus+ funded Later Stage Dementia Care – Blended Learning for Families Project. For more details and to register for this free event, please click here.
Following on from the Erasmus+ funded Home Based Care – Home Based Education project, this project has developed two further outputs:
- a blended learning programme for family carers of people with late-stage dementia
- a handbook looking at blended learning models of educational delivery
Partners will share both of these outputs with attendees at the seminar on 23rd March.
