Supporting the quatlity of life of carers in the Czech Republic

The Committee on Social Policy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, with the professional cooperation of Alfa Human Service, organized a conference on informal care on 19 March entitled SUPPORTING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF CARE GIVERS AND LONG-TERM CARE IN A EUROPEAN CONTEXT under the auspices of the Chair of the Committee, Senator Miluše Horská.

The guest of the conference was online Stecy Yghemonos, who presented the European Strategy for Long-Term Care with regard to the Czech Republic, which was complemented by two contributions on the implementation of this strategy in the Czech Republic. The conference in the Senate was very well received by the professional and lay public, and in addition to personal participation, it was also streamed.
