Eurocarers is looking for an external evaluator
Eurocarers is seeking a freelance external evaluator to assess its 2026 workplan and to consult members on the draft Strategic Framework 2027–2032. The assignment is expected to take 8 to 10 days in a hybrid format, and offers are open until 14 October 2026.
As we prepare our next strategic phase, we want to hear directly from the network on what worked and what should change. The evaluator will assess the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the 2026 workplan, and will gather members’ views on the draft framework, their capacity-building needs and the training, mentoring and twinning opportunities they would value.
We are looking for someone with proven experience evaluating EU-funded programmes or NGO networks and a strong knowledge of social policy and informal care at EU and national levels. The work should be completed by 21 December 2026.
