End-of-life care toolkit for Carers at home

The Helix Centre, an innovation lab in Healthcare and a joint venture of the Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, has recently developed a series of End-of-Life Care Toolkits for Carers at home. The Helix Centre is  an interdisciplinary group of designers, technologists, clinicians, and researchers. They use human-centred design to rapidly dissect problems, identify opportunities, and develop clinically-evaluated digital solutions
