Free e-learning course – Introduction to Caregiving for Older People at the End of Life

A course for everyone with an interest in caring for older people as they become frailer and approach the end of life

Did you know more than 70% of people aged 60 and over have progressive conditions that will need palliative and end of life care? Do you know what palliative and end of life care is about? It is much more than caring for people with cancer. And if it makes a difference, why wait?

We know that caregiving for an older person at the end of life is not easy. With this in mind, we developed a course where you will be asked to reflect on different topics, your own experience, participate in quizzes, and review and analyse materials provided, like short videos and readings.
