Conference registration now open: ‘Mapping Informal Care: Research, Policies and Practices in the Baltics and in Europe’, Vilnius 10 October 2025.

The event is co-organised by Eurocarers, the Lithuanian Centre for Social Sciences, and the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences.

The objective of the conference is to facilitate knowledge exchange among researchers focused on informal care in Europe (on this occasion with a specific focus on the Baltic states), the carers’ movement in the Baltic states, and relevant EU institutions.

The conference will take place on the margins of the Eurocarers Research Working Group annual meeting, which is taking place on 9 October in Vilnius.

Important note: ERWG members that have already registered for the annual meeting have also already registered for the conference on 10 October.

All Eurocarers members are welcome to disseminate information about the conference among their contacts and networks in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – and invite them to register.

Registration is open until 19 September 2025.
