
Informal carer policy in well-developed LTC systems: Good practices and remaining challenges
The European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research recently published an interesting policy brief on informal carer policy in well-developed LTC systems.
Informal carers face a range of challenges, and many countries have introduced policy measures to directly support them. This policy brief reviews such measures in four countries with well-developed formal long-term care systems: Germany, Finland, Lithuania and the Netherlands.
