Fondation France Répit
As a key player in respite care and carer support, the Foundation invites you to save these dates now. The first editions of the congress helped raise awareness about carers and their need for respite. Notably, the Foundation will be opening the Île-de-France Respite House (Maison de répit) in Boulogne-Billancourt just weeks before this congress begins!
For this first Parisian edition, organized through a unique partnership with the Association Française des Aidants, the 2026 Congress will provide an opportunity to update knowledge and highlight local solutions, legislative developments, new rights, and innovative initiatives for respite and carer support across the territories.
Association Française des Aidants
Since its creation in 2003, the Association Française des Aidants has been listening to and advocating for carers. It supports informal carers assisting loved ones with a loss of autonomy, regardless of their age, pathology, or disability. The Association promotes the role of carers in its dual dimension: the bond with the person being cared for and the link with society, specifically by creating synergies and bringing together actors and professionals in the caregiving field. This congress will contribute significantly to furthering this major mission.
We look forward to welcoming you to Paris soon!
