Eurocarers is pleased to announce the Final Conference of the NEXUS project, which will take place online on 19 December 2025, from 11:30 to 13:00 CET. The event is free of charge, with registration required.

The conference marks the formal conclusion of the NEXUS project, but it also represents the beginning of a stronger and more inclusive network committed to giving young people – and especially young carers – a meaningful voice in shaping the future.
