Andrea operationalises the Carer-Led Organisations Development (CLOD) programme, building the capacity of carer-led organisations across Europe, and strengthening Eurocarers’ membership.

Holly develops and executes policy positions, builds strategic relations with EU institution representatives, other stakeholders and allies, informs Members on relevant EU developments and coordinates Eurocarers’ advocacy efforts at EU level and with its members at national level.

Drives Eurocarers’ strategic direction, organisational growth, funding acquisition, and effective advocacy engagement with EU institutions.

Giulia coordinates the day-to-day activities linked to different EU-funded projects, specifically focusing on the role of informal carers in long-term care and integrated person-centred approaches.

Michael specialises in the often-overlooked area of Young Carers, coordinating strategic support and advocacy for this group in the Netherlands.

Retired CEO of Ireland’s leading national carers’ organisation.  After a 50 year career spanning the public, commercial and voluntary sector management John brings extensive experience in national advocacy, operational leadership, and political engagement. 

Andreas is a distinguished Social Gerontology expert, focusing on the intersection of ageing, health, labour, and technology.

Representing the German carer organisation wir pflegen e.V., Sebastian brings deep experience in grassroots movement building and delivering carer-led advocacy.

Emily serves as the Director of Policy and Public Affairs for Carers UK and is a foremost expert on carers’ rights and policy development within the UK context.

Oversees and coordinates complex EU-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance and strategic alignment with policy goals.

Olivier manages all external communications, including digital content, media relations and the organisation of high-profile European events.

Henk is responsible for the financial stewardship of Eurocarers.
