Cuidadores Portugal won the TEVA prize

Cuidadores Portugal, our member from Portugal, won a prize given by TEVA in Champalimaud foundation as one of the best practices with their young carers project. This project aims to support 100 young carers giving them educational, psychological support and vacations. It is based on the EdyCare project. Congratulations to Cuidadores portugal.
