“Kanto” is a beautiful love story of a Turkish family who suddenly find themselves taking on care responsibilities for an elderly relative, interrupting their lives and making them confront how they see themselves and each other. The film is produced by Think-Film Impact Production, an Oscar-winning impact media company, and won the Impact Award at the Sarajevo Film Festival this August. The film will have its World Premiere at an A-list European festival in 2024.
Informal family care is the topic the producers are keen to address with the film’s impact campaign. Think-Film have prepared a short survey which will valuably inform how the “Kanto” film’s impact campaign will engage with policymakers at the EU and UN and stakeholders are kindly invited to contribute to this.
