Join Us at the 2nd International Care Congress

We are excited to announce the upcoming 2nd International Care Congress, set to take place from 13-14 November in Vecindario, Gran Canaria, Spain. Organized by ACUFADE, with Eurocarers as a one of the collaborating partners, this event aims to foster dialogue and collaboration in the field of caregiving. The slogan of this year events is “Different ways of care are possible”.

  • Who Should Attend: Caregivers, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers, and anyone involved or interested in caregiving.
  • Entrance: The Congress emphasizes the symbolic entrance of participants (60 EUR presential; 10 EUR online), underscoring the importance of mutual respect and recognition within the caregiving community.

The programme:
The full programme is available on the Congress website (will be available in English soon). The event will feature a diverse range of speakers and workshops covering different aspects of care and coming from varied geographical regions—from the polar circle to the Amazon forest.

Online Streaming and Translation:
For those unable to attend in person, the Congress will be streamed online, with simultaneous translation available, ensuring accessibility for a global audience.

Poster Session Contributions:
We encourage submissions for our poster session, providing a platform to showcase diverse caregiving activities and initiatives that will be evaluated by ACUFADE research committee. This is an excellent opportunity to share your work, gain feedback, and inspire others in the field. Selected posters will be able to attend free of charge.
